Josephine A. Geiger creates works of art in her St. Paul, Minnesota studio using glass. From small ornaments to large multi-piece installations in private homes and court houses Josie’s work is truly remarkable and sells out quite fast.
How We Helped
Josie determined it was time for a new website that was easier to manage and showed offer her work better than her current static site. Gold referral partner Lauri Flaquer referred Josie to us and the rest as they say it history.
Specifically what we did for Josie was:
- Built a customized WordPress website that was optimized for SEO and lead capture from the ground up. This also gave Josie a blog – yet another way to connect at a deeper level with customers, collectors and fans
- Added custom functionality to make managing and showing her work as simple as uploading a few pictures and filling out a small form.
- Showed her how to manage all aspects of her site so she was in full control of everything – no need to call us to manage any content on the site

I desperately needed a new website: the existing one had many challenges including image upload issues, outdated graphics, broken links, no blog and the cardinal sin in the website world – no easy way to contact me. Robert came highly recommended to me and I approached him with a grocery list of absolute must-haves and wish list items.
As an artist I needed a customized gallery to showcase my artwork and to make it easy to navigate through the various galleries. Robert worked patiently with me to design a new website that incorporated all of my absolutes and most of my wishes. He and his WordPress team went beyond the basics and developed a data base template that allows me to upload a single image and have it incorporated into multiple portfolios with a simple click of my mouse. And he did all of this quickly, accurately and in a no-nonsense manner.
My new website has higher visibility, improved SEO and more potential clients, all of whom can contact me easily. The site is a breeze to maintain, looks professional and now when I upload my new work, clients easily view and purchase their favorite pieces immediately. The result has been a dramatic decrease in my cost of doing business, improved customer relationships and less stress. I can now concentrate on the activity I enjoy most, which is creating high quality works of art.
The coolest aspect of this; all of our meetings and logistical coordination was done via email and Skype.
