Hi Robert! Lovely to meet you via Kelly:-) I've 'known' her for a long time now and absolutely LOVE how beautifully she's built her business!

I'm a big fan of Kelly. Not just her fabulous marketing, but her product. We are regular users. She's such a great success story and example for entrepreneurs. P.S. How annoying that I can't use my full name to comment! I don't hyphenate it, but otherwise can't enter it.

Hi Alison great to hear from a very happy customer! Everyone that has seen the interview with Kelly has been at least as impressed as I was. She's a great lady. As for the name issue I had a spam plugin turned up due to people trying to use keywords for names (silly spammers not reading my comment policy) but I've toned it down. Thanks!

I hear you on the spam. The time wasted dealing with spam is horrendous. There must be a special place in hades for spammers. :)

You keep sharing awesome stuff that I need to have Samantha (my significant other) read/watch. Building a company is so much fun, it can be a lot of work, but so worth it and so rewarding.

Productainment ... I love that concept! A good framework for being creative around and through the services/products we all offer. You've got me thinking, Kelly, thanks!

I knew you would love this Barb. I can't wait to hear what ideas this brings up for you.

Hi Barb - I love that "productainment" concept too! But I can't take credit for inventing the term- I googled it and found that it already existed. But I was happy to have a name for my crazy way of marketing... :) LOL, maybe that's why movie stars are paid the big bucks - we all LOVE to be entertained. Makes such a lasting impression...

I have to agree, that working with Kelly for a review on the Easy Lunchboxes was FABulous! The best company I have worked with so far.

Thank you so much Stacey! Wow, that's so kind of you to say :) I still love that adorable pic you posted of your kids with my lunch containers in your review. Not a lot of reviewers go to the trouble of taking their own pics, so THAT was special and much appreciated! :) http://sheheartsit.com/food-drink/easylunchboxes/

Wow! Thanks everyone for the lovely comments and feedback! Robert has a wonderful way of putting his guests at ease right from the get-go and it was an honor to be able to have this chat with him and tell my story. His enthusiasm for social media is infectious and I'm so happy to know that our interview can inspire others to enjoy the benefits of sharing and communicating online. It never ceases to amaze me actually, just how simple and effective it really is :)

Kelly, I love how you focus on creating a personal connection with the bloggers talking about your lunch-boxes. And as Ileane says, now I need to go check out your "Singing CEO" video!

Hi Robert and Kelly Really enjoyed the interview. Picked up some helpful hints for interaction on Facebook. And love that you are using your strengths in your biz model Kelly aka the Singing CEO :-) Patricia Perth Australia

"The Singing CEO," you gotta love this one! What a great interview. Kelly, you look like someone I would love to have lunch with. I'm very impressed with your interview and your fabulous ideas. Best of luck and we'll be watching. Thanks for the food for thought.

Hi Robert and Kelly that was a great interview. Now I'm dying to hear Kelly sing so I'm going to check out her YouTube channel. The lunch box business seems to be going a lot better since hooking up with those bloggers who are speaking to the Mom's of the world (and Dad's too no doubt). Thanks for sharing the story and for having such positive energy.
