You have a great small business model!
I also try to write down and keep track of those little personal details from my clients and people I meet at my art shows; you are so completely right in how much time it takes and how difficult it is to follow through in a consistent and timely manner. I will also start asking for referrals and reviews more.
I would love to hear more from you in the future – good luck reaching your goal and I hope you triple the tours this year!

    Hi Robert and Jason

Loved this interview. All the personal touches that you have implemented into your business Jason will surely hold you in good stead for growing it even more.

I know when I get a personal email from someone I am considering doing business with; it does leave a lasting impression. And does influence decisions I make on whom I choose to do business with.

And if I lived closer, I would definitely be choosing to do my bike tour with you.

Getting along well with your customers is a good thing because you’ll have a better chance of keeping them and turning them into your most loyal fans and followers. Let’s take the SEO field as an example. Companies that resell SEO services would share reports to the clients showing the results of the efforts of the SEO methods done. They would also answer the questions of the clients so that they don’t get lost midway. That will show them that you care for them.

    Hi Jason,
Great story – as you started out I was thinking of Robert’s blog for today. Where preparation meets opportunity it creates luck. Or, something along those lines.

Thanks Jason for some really good ideas. I will absolutely take you up on the suggestions of writing notes. This is something I was religious about and it really moved my business forward.
    Thanks, Robert.
