To be truly successful and not let your business control your life, you need a strategy.
At Dempsey Marketing, we not only create that strategy for you, we implement it, measure it, and improve it, ensuring that your business stays in business.
Let’s get into some nitty gritty.
Phase #1: Analyze
Our relationship begins with an analysis of your company. During this crucial first step we sit down with you and look at:
- Why you got into business in the first place
- What it is you’re selling
- Who your current clients are
- Who your ideal clients are
- Your current marketing assets
- What marketing you’ve done to date
Once we fully understand your business and your goals, we start the research engines.
Phase #2: Research
When you’re busy providing services and selling products, you don’t have time to do the necessary research – you barely have time to breathe! During phase 2, we put our research team to work:
- Finding out whether your ideal clients are best reached online or offline
- Discovering where they are online
- Capturing the words and phrases that spur them to action
- Digging into your competition, looking for opportunities to overtake them
- And much more
With pages and pages of research in hand, we get started with phase 3.
Phase #3: Strategize
All the preparation we’ve done, all the phone calls, all the time spent researching, all of it, was for this moment.
During phase 3 we develop a customized, 12-month marketing strategy for your business. And while I’d love to sit here and give you an exact blueprint of what exactly would be in it, I can’t. However I can show you this – a mindmap of a strategy we created for one of our clients:
Your 12-month marketing strategy will be custom tailored to the products and services you offer and the types of clients you want, and contain more success metrics than you can shake a large stick at.
We take a mindmap like this and turn it into a written plan of action that we go over with you in a meeting. During this meeting, we’ll go over every part of the plan, and explain our reasoning. Of course, we’ll also answer any questions you have.
Now, we know you’re super busy, and probably don’t have the time or desire to do everything (or perhaps anything) we suggest. That’s okay, because we’ve got you covered in phase 4.
Phase #4: Implementation
Not everyone has time to blog, build communities on multiple social networks, distribute content throughout the Internet, write and test sales pages, create and implement a Dream 100 effort, analyze absolutely everything and make adjustments to increase the number of leads and sales coming in.
So here’s the deal we have for you…
Every marketing strategy we create comes with two months of implementation at no added cost. That’s right – everything that we’ve planned for you, we’ll do it, for two full months.
I’m sure you’re wondering what happens at the end of two months. Do you suddenly have to do all the work? Will you be scrambling to hire someone to take over?
Nope – we’ll go into phase 5.
Phase #5: Improve
After two months of implementation we’ll have a good baseline of how the strategy is working out. We’ll identify areas of improvement, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Once we’ve updated the strategy we’ll talk about continuing our relationship. But that’s like three months from now.
