* Partners can move up and down the Partner Progression Path based on their performance. They have the ability to move up the path on a monthly basis. They can be moved down the path on an annual basis (on anniversary of their Dempsey Marketing Master Partner Agreement).

When a partner is moved up or down the path, the partner’s percentage adjustments will affect any future invoices from all of the partner’s sales dating back to June 1, 2011. Any sales that occurred prior to June 1, 2011 will not be adjusted or affected by performance.
